Order confirmation: A member of our team will call you to confirm the order, verify delivery details, and give you the opportunity to ask questions. The sale contract is formed when both parties verbally confirm the order during this call.
Prices and currency: All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). The price shown at time of ordering - currently $42.99 for one bottle of Renewix Elemental (90 capsules) - is the price you will pay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; any change will not affect an already-confirmed order.
Payment: Payment is collected on delivery (cash-on-delivery / COD). You pay the courier in cash or by card at the point of delivery. No online payment is required or accepted at this time.
Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel a confirmed order at any time before the parcel is dispatched - by informing our team during the confirmation call or by contacting us by phone or email. Cancellation is free of charge.
