Return & Refund Policy
TU AESTHETICA LTD wants you to be satisfied with your purchase of Renewix Elemental. This policy explains your rights and options if you wish to return or cancel an order.
1. Return Window
You may return your order within 14 calendar days of the date you receive the product. This applies voluntarily across all US states, and is also consistent with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU for international customers.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be: in its original, unopened condition; in its original packaging; undamaged and unaltered. Important: Because Renewix Elemental is an ingestible food supplement, once the bottle seal is broken, the product cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This is a lawful exception under consumer protection regulations for sealed goods that are not suitable for return after being opened.
3. How to Return
To initiate a return: (1) Email us at support@liveoimotionir.world within the 14-day window with your name, order details, and reason for return. (2) We will reply with return shipping instructions. (3) Send the product to: TU AESTHETICA LTD, 16 College Way, Horspath, Oxford, England, OX33 1SQ. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense, unless the product is defective or we made an error.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued within 14 calendar days of receiving the return. Since all orders are cash-on-delivery, refunds are issued by bank transfer or check. We will contact you to confirm your preferred refund method.
5. Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched - free of charge and with no penalty. Contact us during the confirmation call, by phone at +1-512-847-3091, or by email. If the order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery at the door; no payment will be collected and the order will be cancelled automatically.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and ship a replacement or issue a full refund, at your preference.
